Our 1969 traditional mahogany horsebox has been renovated into a beautiful, modern living space for two people giving you the opportunity to stay on our fully organic, working smallholding.

The horsebox is situated in a small wooded area with its own private garden space.

The small holding is 8 acres and is located in a beautiful area of Cornish countryside. We are situated 2 miles from the north Cornish coast, 10 miles from the south coast.

We’re also a short walk away from a small Cornwall Wildlife reserve and are surrounded by a network of footpaths, bridlepaths and old track ways.
Perranporth and St Agnes offer wonderful beaches, good surfing, historic sites and coastal walking.
