The guest house is centrally situated in the Snowdonia National Park in a 1869 Victorian building and set in an acre of lush gardens. All  the nine bedrooms have recently renovated en suite bathrooms and panoramic views over the River Conwy and the breathtakingly lovely surroundings.

The guest house’s motto is: Our Home is Your Castle. Your hosts at the Park Hill, Jaap and

Ghislaine Buis, will therefore be only too pleased to advise on activities like local walking, climbing, fishing, or the many places to visit in the area. They were guests themselves in what is now their own guest house for many years and know the area very well by their own experience.

Their collection of more than one 250  teddy bears contributes to the homely and very informal entourage. Have a swim in the splendid heated indoor swimming pool (with sauna), available exclusively to our guests 24 hours/day, or visit the cosy bar.

Visitors here are offered a selection of competitive tariffs, there is a range of interesting activities virtually on your doorstep, while the network of roads in every direction quickly bring a variety of mills, mines and museums, castles and quarries, falls and forests, all within easy reach.

The village of Betws-y-Coed is just 700 yards away (through a tarmac public footpath). By the way: Our parking cannot be seen from any public road.

Our rates: between £33 and £42 per person per night. Please note that over Bank Holiday weekends we apply a surcharge as our staff gets paid double time those weekends (plus Easter and Christmas)
