Moo House is our superb house party venue, sleeping up to 12, on the stunning Northumberland coast, just five minutes drive from Beadnell and Newton beaches.

A spacious barn conversion with a funky interior, party size barbeque and sleep-inducing king size beds, it started life as a barn and cow shed in the wonderful coastal hamlet of Tughall Steads.

With five bedrooms, two bathrooms and two shower rooms, this large property is perfect for a ‘get away from it all’ self catering break, for house parties, family reunions, golf breaks and girly weekends. It has a large lounge, spacious kitchen/diner, floor to ceiling windows, log burner, comfy sofas, courtyard garden with table and chairs and walled garden with barbeque equipment.

It has a light and airy coastal living space all furnished in a contemporary style to five star standards. Also exclusive to Moo House is the Cow Shed – a fabulous chill-out zone complete with pool table, table football/air hockey, sofas, music and books. Detached from the main house it is also a fabulous place to escape to for a bit of quiet TV watching and book reading. There is also ample children’s toys and outdoor play equipment.

Awarded our highest rating for child friendliness you can leave the baby paraphernalia behind at home as a travel cot, high chair and stair gate come as standard plus there is other equipment available on request and emergency pack with nappies for added convenience.

Often booked with one or two of our other cottages at Tughall Steads if your party exceeds 12, Moo House is a popular choice for large family groups and house parties.
