Comfortable, well-modernised apartment, close to city centre

This tastefully modernised 2nd floor apartment is in a traditional sandstone-built Edinburgh tenement building and is beautifully presented having been completely redecorated and carpeted throughout. Being at the rear of the building, it is very private and quiet, yet you are still within easy reach of Edinburgh’s “pink triangle” (15 minute walk), as well as famous attractions such as the Castle, Princess St and the Zoo (with the two new giant panda’s), as well as many other visitor attractions, restaurant’s and bars.

There is one double bedroom and lounge and so it can accommodate two people very comfortably and a further 2 using the sofa bed in the lounge (Four adults maximum). The lounge has an oak fireplace with electric fire, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo system and wireless internet.  The modern kitchen is well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bedroom has ample storage and the bathroom has a modern and efficient shower. There is always hot water available and central heating if you need it.

Well situated in the pleasant ‘Leith Walk’ area, it is close to an excellent bus service that can take you to every part of Edinburgh and 20 minutes walk from the main Waverley Station.  There is free parking in the streets nearby and the local area also has a range of shops, pubs, bars, cafes, takeaways and restaurants.

The apartment is lesbian owned and working towards eco-friendly living with a number of measures to help to protect the environment.  For the comfort of future guests, the apartment is non-smoking and, regrettably, pets are not allowed.  We think our apartment offers all you need for a perfect self-catering stay in Edinburgh.

Prices : £295 – £650 per week.  We also take bookings for short breaks (minimum 3 nights)
